Class Expert 17: @ 4:45 min. Every time when editing the macros under the build event for the "Perform Archive" button when hitting the save btn, red x, and the small squares with the - icon to collapse the OpenQuery action.
I tried copying the db a new folder and setting the folder as trusted, used the auto backup copy when it crashed, normally I run the class db from a USB stick. I also tried the compact and repair and nothing.

It might be the USB (though I kinda doubt it). Try running from your hard drive. Do you still have issues?
If you create a brand new db and put a few simple things in it do you still crash?

I downloaded the db copy from this page and went to the location of the error and it did not repeat.

Sounds like a corrupted file then to me if compact and repair didn't fix it.
I don't have any suggestions for you - Sorry.

Copying the database to another folder won't help. You would need to create a new database and import all the objects into it from the old database file.

I tried importing into a blank DB but nothing; no worries I going to use the copy from the class going forward to the next lessons.
