Im getting the following when I ADD a Record. You can not go to the specified record Know of the reason, any help is appreciated Tim

Need a lot more information, how are you adding a record? With a simple button that goes to a new record or something more advanced? Does the error say anything else? I'm guessing you are either locked on a dirty record and can't save it because of something so you can't move forward, or that there is a problem with your new record button. Can you upload some images?
