Hello dear community,

I've set up database to manage costumers and contacts in different tables. That's working great. Also, each contact in the contact table has a relation to a certain employee, picked from an employee table. Everything is fine so far.

However, I do not want the employees to see each others activities/contacts, when they open the database on their computer. Their data should be kept hidden from each other.

What is a simple and clever solution to hide specific information/entries in a table from certain users?

Is it possible to hand out to each employee a copy of the database and generate a further database to the supervisor, presenting the merged data of the employee databases? Will there be an issue, if imported tables are all equally named?

Otherwise, I might have to link every entry in each table to a specific employee?
