Dear Margaret,

First, i am assuming that you are using Access 2007 and you are familiar with VBA and you have Outlook installed on your PC.
To send your report as a PDF email attachment you may need to install the "Save as PDF" add in if you have not done so already. It is availale freely from the Microsoft website. See link below http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=F1FC413C-6D89-4F15-991B-63B07BA5F2E5

Once you have it installed, below is the code you will use: You can insert it under the On Click event of say a button that opens the report

'send the report as PDF email attachment

DoCmd.SendObject acSendReport, "YourReportName", "*.pdf", "emailaddress you are sending the message To", "emailaddress to be in Copy of message", , "Title of Your message", "Details of the message"

If the user finally chooses not to send the message while it is in edit mode, an error occurs. You can add "On error resume next" before the code
