Printing a Report w Photo

I am working on a church directory database using Access. It contains name, address,Phone #,email address, bithdays, notes, and a photo. I wanted to print double sided, bur page 2,4,6,8 and so on come out blank. I have turned off 2 sided printing in my Epson printer propertys an I still get a blank page every other page. Will a single too large photo cause this?

Sounds like the page margins in your report may need adjusting.

I don't have an answer for you on you pictures specifically BUT you might want to take a look at the Access Booklet Template.

That Template covers some of the issues in printing lay out etc. It's been a bit since I watched it so I don't recall if photos are specifically covered.

Also take a look at the Access Imaging Seminar. Richard goes pretty in depth into handling issues with Images in your database.
