Hopefully you are "sharing with multiple users" using a split database.  If not you should be.
Split Your Database

Image:  Put it in the Back End folder.  Point the Font End Icon path to the Backend path.  Then share your front end to each user. (Or make your ACCDE and share that.)
Each individual should have their own copy of the Font End.

Understood. I will follow this method if I want to change or remove the logo Icon.  Is there a way to completely hide the entire bar that the logo is on? I believe it would be called the title bar. Can VBA be used for this? If so what is the code?

To the best of my knowledge there isn't a way to remove the Title Bar completely.  It is one of those things that makes up a window.  A container to put things in so to speak.

First - Backup your form.  Make a copy of it so you can go back if  you want.

That said, you can 'blank it out'.  Go into design mode. In the Form properties do the following:
In the Caption put a couple of spaces.  It can't be blank or the actual form name will be the default.
Set the values for Control Box & Close Button to NO
Min Max Buttons to NONE

This may cause you other issues so be aware.  For instance you will now have to have your own close button on your form if you want to ever close it.  Might be others but that is the major one  I can think of.

I followed what you said to remove the min and max buttons but they are still there. I believe that this is due to the min and max buttons being on the access application not the form itself.  I have to go into File - Options - Current Database to change the logo and caption not the form properties. How can I remove the min and max buttons in the application itself?

As far as removing the title bar completely, let me rephrase my question, I want to remove the title bar on the access application not the form. I want to do this because I want to put my own bar there. I will put my users log in information on this bar.

Keep in mind I am using Access Database Cloud to put this database in the cloud. I want my users to be able to logout or switch to a different user interface which may have different settings. That brings me to another question, How can I put a log out or switch user button on this title bar?

I did not pick up that you were using the Access Cloud.

The issue you are describing has been asked on literally dozens of forums for YEARS.  I personally don't get the reason for people wanting to hide 'everything Access' but they do.

I don't believe that you are going to find an easy and definitive answer to getting rid of that icon.  That being said the Splash Screen video, especially the extended cut is going to be your best bet.
It's been a while since I watched it so I can't tell you 100% you will get your answer.

To watch that video you would have to become a TechHelp member which I see  you are not currently.

Ok. So I just split my database and put it in my shared folder on Access Cloud. I am using the Remote App functionality not the full desktop view. When my user log on they can only view my database.

How do I change the logo and title on the title bar?

Can I customized the words on the title bar to say "Logged in As" & the Name of the User?

Can I add additional things to the title bar such as images and icons?

Can I make the title bar wider.

Logged In As you can try using the Environment Variable. Not sure if it's set on Access Cloud or not. I cover this in Developer 31. If not, you would need to set up your own logons: Security Seminar

You can't add to the Title Bar. That belongs to Windows. To my knowledge, you can't make it wider either.

I was able to change my logo by placing it in the shared drive in Access Cloud

Regarding hiding my title bar

I set up all my forms as popups. I set their border styles to none, Movable to no, and used VBA to maximize my forms when they load using DoCmd. Maximize.  

This works great outside of Access Cloud. My title bar is completely hidden and my Database has full functionality. Instead of having to worry modifying the title bar, I can just create my own!

However once I upload the same database to Access cloud, I am unable to navigate though records. I get a runtime error 3035 System Resource Exeeded

Can you please offer some assistance as to why this is happening and what I can do to fix it

FYI, I had to put this VBA and any other VBA that is triggered by opening any form that has a subform with an onload event in the parent form's subform . This is because the onload event for the parent form does not seem to work when I have an onload event in its subform

Interesting. Are you using the Runtime on Cloud or do you have full Office installed? I know there are some limitations in Runtime and this may be one of them.
