Can you confirm CurrentBalanceCurrentCustomerR exists?

Is your Attach Folder a valid path?
From your screenshot you may be missing a backslash (\).

Dear Alex, i am sure CurrentBalanceCurrentCustomerR exists; and it doesn't miss the backslash

You have 2 extra quotes on this line that aren't needed:
OutputFile = Forms!EmailF!AttachFolder & "BalanceReport-" & _
CustomerID & "-" & Format(Now(), "YYYYMMDD-HHNNSS") & ".PDF """

Change to:
OutputFile = Forms!EmailF!AttachFolder & "BalanceReport-" & _
CustomerID & "-" & Format(Now(), "YYYYMMDD-HHNNSS") & ".PDF"

Very thanks! Kevin. my attention focus on the error message , the yellow line words, i thought the problem is there. the vba said the "output to" problem.  thanks thanks Bro

Always worth Debug.Print OutputFile or MsgBox OutputFile and see what you get.
