Link Continuous and Single Sub

I have an unbound form with two subforms.
On the left is a continuous sub-form and on the right is a single sub-form.
Nothing will be edited on this form, it will be viewed only.
The data is coming from the same table.
I'd like to be able to use the on click event on the name in the continuous form and have it display the related data on the single form on the right.
I've tried the same ID in the link fields for both forms but it does not work. There is no child field, they are both masters because they are from the same table.

If this is not possible is there another way to get a "list" of all the properties so I can do something similar?

I've tried putting the single form in the footer, but it won't let me bind the forms that way either.

Thanks!

I had moved on from this and put it on the back burner.
Today I was having trouble with a Union Query and serendipitously ran across Richard showing how to do exactly this in an extended cut video. Just thought I'd put this here in case someone runs across this post they will know where to go for a solution.
But mostly for when I need to watch it again and I have forgotten where to go!
