I am working with subreports for the first time. I have a questionnaire I built and have entered the responses in a table with yes and no's, 1 through 10 and also some free form answers (eg. if no, why not?).  I am now wanting to create a report that generates lists of the free form answers from the table. I thought the best way to achieve this was to build a query for each question seperately and then have a subreport for each query and then add each sub report into one report. That all seemed well and good but I cant get the report to "auto size" based on the results. In other words, if I have the subreport shrunk down very small, the outcome may be 5 results when there are 125 in the table. How do I get the subreport to size according to the total responses in the query? I hope this makes sense.

Look for the CAN GROW property for the subreport. Set it to YES and it will be able to grow vertically. Also make sure the CAN GROW property for the SECTION its in is also set to YES.
