Try creating a second query and putting your criteria in that.

I got your seminar.  The module will make my database easier to design.  Thanks.  But I still am having problems with a query with  criteria that gives me Last Fiscal Year or last Month.

Create a new Query and bring the first Query in to it.
Bring in the required fields (or the * to bring them all in).
Bring in CalendarYear an deselect the Show box (so you don't get duplicates)
Then enter the criteria below.

IIf([CalendarYear]=Year(Date()) And [CalendarMonth]<7,Year(Date()),Year(Date())-1)

Let us know if this is what you wanted.

Thanks Kevin but it did not work.  I just need a way to select all records of a Fiscal Year.  Not sure why it isn't working.
