There are two separate ways to deal with this issue that I am currently aware of.

One is the free option that requires the install of the redemption.dll on each machine that you wish to use the e-mail program from.

Second option is for those who do not want to deploy .dlls onto each machine they use, however it costs money for each developer license as you will have to purchase add-ins.

that is a outlook security manager add-in that costs 150 dollars.  Makes it extremely simple to send mass e-mails

is an alternate cheaper option for 70 dollars.  Still somewhat simple.
