Calculate Average of The Two Highest
Alan Hill

I tried to do this several ways.
I know the Topscore so I should be able to find the next highest. I could not get it right. So I came up with this.
  NextHighest: IIf([F1]>[F2] AND [F1]<[F3] Or [F1]<[F2] AND [F2]>[F3],[F1],IIf([F2]>[F1] AND [F2]<[F3] OR [F2] < [F1] AND [F2]>[F3],[F2],IIf([F3]>[F1] And [F3]<[F2] Or [F3]<[F1] And [F3]>[F2],[F3])))
I found I was not getting all permutations so I added OR. If it was not right one way it would be right the other way.
I would never do this. I would break it down in easy steps. This made my head hurt.
I know it's not very smart my maths logic is lacking, but it works. I would love to see someone else's solution. Am I the first?
Best wishes
Alan Hill
PS Hey Richard can you make the next one a bit easier. Thanks for your effort and input.
Now to get back to my Calendar recurring dates problem, calculated on the fly before I display the selected month.
PPS. Wish I had a bigger box to type into.
