Export Report to MS Word

When i Export a report to MS Word, the sentences aren't lined up. it's maddening, to have to realign many of the sentences.

Anything i can do to have the word doc look like the report?

Also, how can I make a button so that with one click, I can print the report to Word?

John, this can be maddening. I've actually got a video on this subject coming out soon... stay tuned. In the mean time, if you can, post some screen shots of what you're getting. Black out any sensitive data, of course.

Screen shot is a little small and hard to read, but I don't see much wrong with it. What's it SUPPOSED to look like?

hope this is better. every sentence in the Report is left aligned but after export, I have to realign every other sentence.

How is that data stored in your database? It looks like you have manual line breaks after the end of each line and the font is bigger in the exported document, so that would explain the alignment problem. Make sure those are continuous paragraphs without line breaks.
