Yes. Add your Delete button in the Form Footer. Remember to ask the users if they are sure they want to delete the record.

REMEMBER: Back Up your database before testing anything that deletes records. There is no undo.

also look at Don't Delete Data
You may be better off marking them inactive and not showing inactive records.
Then periodically move them off to an archive table.

There are a lot of things to consider in a relational db when deleting so you don't end up creating orphaned records.
