Set Rich Text Format in Query

Hi Guys,

I have three queries i export to Excel. One field is a rich text field (One of the bosses didn't get any colouring books as a child!)

2 of the queries are simple SELECT queries so i've set that field in the design view just fine. The 3rd query is a UNION query without a design view.

How would I set the field in design view as a rich text format instead of plain? Many Thanks

Hi Dan, Create a sub query then you will be able to go to Design View and set the Text Format to Rich Text. Run the Query and your Rich Text should show correctly (see screenshot).
