I noticed that to solve this problem in my Microsoft 365 version of Access, I chose to star for the Order table, and then included the ToBeArchived in the query for criteria like you did in the lesson; however, when we were appending the records, I made the "Append to" field in the query blank for my criteria field and it didn't append to the archive table, but since that field was included in the (*) it was still archived.

Not sure if this issue was something that was back in Access 2013, but wanted to point that out. I really appreciate the multiple methods to solve problems.
