How to Calculate Work Days

I used the "How to Calculate Work Days Between Two Dates in Microsoft Access. Similar to Excel NETWORKDAYS." video and I can't figure out why the result won't go into the negative when my end date is before my start date (like it does in the Excel NETWORKDAYS)(ie BeginDate = 5/1/22 and EndDate = 4/15/22). I've tried setting it as long, integer, double etc, but the result only goes to 0 and not negative when it should be a negative.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The MyNetWorkDays function is what I am using (extended cut video) - but the data should be going into the negative (end date is prior to begin date) - but it is defaulting to 0. Is it a formatting issue? I have set the format to long, integer, double etc. all are defaulting to 0 rather than a negative number.

How can you have negative time? You can't end before you even started. Seems to me that you need to be checking that the EndDate is greater than the BeginDate.
