Table relationships

I have set up 2 table and connecting as one to many relationships on the keys.  However, the line that goes from one table to the foreign key, is a solid line.  I can click on the line and it states a one to many relationship.  But should the solid line should infident ie..one to many?

Depends on how the data between your two tables relates. Its unlikely you'll need many-to-many as they usually require a junction table. Check out Relationships - https://599cd.com/blog/display-article.asp?ID=1724 - should answer your question

You can see in the picture above that the infinity symbol appears if you have Referential Integrity turned on (or not).

Don't worry about it a ton.  They are still both One-To-Many.  As you progress in Access you will learn to handle the RI yourself and this is not super important.
