I have a an old database that has very little or no structure to it and after watching some of your videos I started a new database with structure in it.  In the old database I have a ClockIn and out Form, this form looks up an Employee Number (Clock number) ie: 0001-1234 in the Time and attendance Details table and retrieves the last Transaction Type 1 or 2.  1 is Clockin and 2 is clockout.  I am Currently using a DLast Fucntion, It works in the old Database but when I run it in the new Database it will not work.  It will let you Clockin and Shows a 1 in the Transaction Type, but when you use it to Clockout, it retrieves a 2 because it goes to the record before the last one for that employee Last Clocked out Record. Is there a better way to do this?  I am hoping to not use a button just use the enter Key or move off the Employee Number Text box. I know I didnt label my textbox this is why I am making a new database.  I am using the Transaction type to start and stop some transactions in the database that you will need to be clocked in to preform.
