Anyone can help me or lead me to some solution. I am currently developing a training database.

I had created a query to display the training activities for a particular period. Problem I am facing now is that I want the result to be shown in the same as the the one where the user input the date range. I do not want the query result to be shown in separate window.

ANyone can help or advice.

Pirudan, you're not a student of mine, so I don't know how much Access you know... but you could make a form with a subform that's based on a query. The query parameters for your dates could be set to fields on your form: Forms!FormName!StartDate and EndDate

Now, when the user enters in the dates and clicks your SUBMIT button, all the button has to do is requery the subform and the data should be updated.
