Richard,
First Just want to say hello and that I also live here in Fort Myers. Here is my question
So I am a huge believer in if a code is duplicated to create a Func or Global Sub then call that Func or Sub, I have a lot of forms and I have 3 of the same buttons on all "Add", "Save" and "Cancel". I have created Global subroutines so that I just have to call them and pass the formName to them. I got the "Add" and "Save" to work but for the "Cancel" I don't know how to pass the UNDO to the form. Is there a way to use the UNDO from a Global Sub or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Ok I have figured it out and tested and t works the Variable is "formName" and the undo code to use with that variable from a Global Sub is Forms(formName).Undo thanks

Glad to be of service. LOL. Nice to meet you, neighbor. I won't be in Fort Myers too much longer. We'll be moving over the river to Cape Coral in a few months.

Put the Add, Save, and Cancel buttons on a separate tiny form (with all the necessary code), and place it as a subform on all other forms. That way, you have truly recyclable code and controls.
