Hi Everyone, My question is that I am able to trim on display to show only fields with information but this does not carry through to printing or emailing. Any help would be appreciated :)

Thanks

Just verifying, you mean report not form right?

Are you using can shrink or can you upload any images of what is happening? Image Uploads

Hi, as I said the on display is working correctly "=IIf(Trim(Nz([Product1],""))="","","Product 1")" but when using an email function in PDF format the trim is not displaying properly when you open the PDF, the space for data is being displayed as blank so one page ends up being multiple pages one with the data and the remainder with the blank spaces.

No, please keep all technical questions here in the Forums. There's a link at the top to post screen shots.

Unfortunately I cannot as the data is confidential. I believe the problem is that I am mailing the data using a macro and outputting in PDF format. I believe I may need to do this in VBA instead to match the displayed info.

OK. It's just hard for me to tell what's going on without being able to see it. You could always black out sensitive data.
