Small CRM

I have created a small CRM database which includes a call log to customers and a car logbook to calculate my weekly and monthly distances for claims. The problem I have is that I need to look up starting km's, insert it manually and then add the distance to calculate the total distance per day, between customers and back home. Is there a way the starting Km's can be added automatically?

What is a KM?  See All About Context

Getting the data out or looking it up is only available for use if you have previously entered it somewhere else or it can be derived from other data.

I'd assume Kilometre (km) (instead of miles)

Is the starting KM the ending KM from the day before?
If so, you could possibly use a DLast or DMax in the Default Value of the Starting KM field.

If not more info is needed.

Richard built a mileage tracker in the Subforms video.  That would be a good place for you to start.
