I am having issues with my bed management form. I am not able to link the clients using their Pk although it is a Fk in the RoomAssignment Table. ( I am linking ResidentProfile table with the RoomAssignment table. If the client makes a room transfer that's where I am having the issue. On the clients main profile form there is a button for room assignment for it to be viewed and the option to add a room change. When I enter info for room change it creates a new PK for that client instead of keeping the same one linked to the acct. When I created the room assignment table I manually added the Pk but I dont want to have to do that when I make changes i.e. room change. I want it to link up. What am I doing wrong? I have screenshots please help!
