Hi Horace,

On the form design, open the properties by double clicking the square where to two rulers meet on the top left. Go to data tab and it's the first option. If its blank, theres your problem

Hey Horace, try to keep everything in one thread it makes it difficult to find the complete conversation. The Record source is a property in the property tab of the form, it needs to be set there to a table or query (whatever your form is based on) to be able to get that 3rd option in  the combo box.
