Using your coding I created a subform where I paste a URL in the field and the VBA strips off the http/https and leaves the remaining address. It works prefectly except with this one URL. When I enter https://benefitplans.navitus.com/mhhp/mhhp-Medicare-Plan/pharmacy-search it correctly removes the https:// and leaves benefitplans.navitus.com/mhhp/mhhp-Medicare-Plan. When I click the "Go" button, I get run-time error 5: cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server. The other websites in this subform and their Go buttons work. Please help.

They require you to use https:// to access the site, there isn't' really any "help" we can give, it's all on their end. Why are you stripping the http/https?

Yeah, I see no reason to strip that.

I got that from one of Richard's Tech Help videos. Richard recommended it. He showed the VBA code to do it.

If you strip off https:// for display purposes on the form you'll have to put it back in code if you want to follow the URL.
I would check to see if it is there first, if not concatenate them together to form a properly formatted URL.

As an example:

Dim URL As String

If Left(Website, 8) <> "https://" then
   URL = "https://" & Website
Else
   URL = Website
End If
