I have a subform with a button that's supposed to add 2 values to a new record in a junction table. One of the values is from a combo box right next to the button in the subform (let's call it value A), the other value is the auto number ID for the selected record in the form that contains the subform (value B). It works fine... unless the junction table doesn't have any entries for value B. If I manually add an entry with the ID number for value B, it starts working from there on out. But if I don't, it only adds value A and says that there's a validation error. This is my code:
