Combine 4 Reports into 1 PDF

Hi Richard,

Just finishing Developer 17 where you store a PDF Customer Report for multiple customers in a folder.

Of course your students always want to go 1 step further and am wondering how to store 4 different reports into 1 PDF.

I have been building a Application database for finance and Part 1 of the application is made up of 4 PDF different reports.  All the reports work properly.  I would like to store those 4 separate reports as a single PDF that I can email to the applicant.

Can MS Access do this and How?

Regards

Unlikely, maybe if you put them in one main report and sub reports but god knows how that would look.

Could try ghostscript

That I know of there is no ONLY access way to do this. With 3rd party programs or an Acrobat API you can do it though.

You could use Richards emailing module to attach multiple files to one email.
But I agree - no easy way through Access to combine 4 pdf files into one.

Thanks Scott sometimes its just easier to pay for a subscription to some software and just tried Adobe (Combine) and it does do the job perfectly.

If you want an Access-only solution, I'd go with Alex's idea. Subreports.
