Zero Access Knowledge till starting Richard's class. currently on Expert 10 (Which I am crystal clear, does not make me any sort of expert lol).

Question... I have the following set up:
Customer table
1-order and order detail table
2-form for the order & details table
3-A recurring payment table

My dilemma: many orders fall into the category of being a recurring monthly payment. need to track these separately (I think?) payment triggers an order to a third-party vendor who ships directly client.

I have the order detail form set up to capture that info. screenshots posted) also have a "recurring" table set up to capture that data.

A) is that the best way to set that up?

B) how should i set the recurring table to pull data from the order & order detail Form or Table when an employee checks the "recur" box on order form. yes / no box checked on recurring table currently is a manual entry i made for current clients.

Yep, I am THAT student who started building my own system while watching lessons. Sorry Richard! We are swamped, I am old, and the staff is messing up my beautiful EXCEL spreadsheets :-(
