Export Table using specificati

I have a table that I want to export from VBA using the docmd.TransferText, acExportDelim, ExportSpec,"PatientT", ExportName, True.
I can export the table by Right-clicking on the table and following the steps using an export specification.
When I try to do this with the VBA command I get and error:
Cannot update. Database or Object is read-only.
The file folder is full access permissions.
Any suggestions where to look? I haven't found anything on YouTube that addresses this issue and the Microsoft page doesn't point to a solution.

What is the file extension of ExportName?

I feel really awkward now. I left the '.' out of the .csv for the extension. Thanks for the good question.
