Macro Saved Export ACCDE

I created a button on a membership menu page with a macro to run a saved Excel export of a report. This has been working fine for months on my .accde file.

I tried to copy this process for a new report, and while the button works fine for the main .accdb file, it will not work in the .accde version.

The only difference I can think of is that the two buttons are on different menu pages. Could there be a setting in my menu form that's messing things up? Or something obvious I'm missing?

In case anyone else has a similar problem: I did some more googling and found on a stackoverflow thread the suggestion to compile the .accdb again before saving as .accde. VBA Editor --> Debug --> Compile No message popped up when I compiled, but when I saved as .accde again, this appeared to solve the problem of the download buttons not working.

Always good to run through Troubleshooter when weird things happen. I'm regularly redistributing ACCDE files throughout the business and, from time to time i get all kinds of crazy errors. 9/10, Compile fixes the issue.
