I have a large report that is based on fields and data for specific jobs ran in the filed. However a end of job a summary report is needed. Right now this is done externally in word and kept is a file folder. I know I can use Access to link to those word documents for a specific job but that means the user has to do the linking.

Is it possible to have a button that would open a form using word as the tool to create the report but have the file tied to the job in Access?
