Auto Print on Specified Day

I have a report that our bookkeeper needs to print on the 1st business day of each month. She is forgetful. What is the best way to automatically print out the report on her printer when she opens Access that day? Thanks.

To determine if it is the first business day of the month, enter the code in the screenshot in to a Global Module.

Then add the following to the Open event of the Start up form:

If FirstBusinessDay Then

    DoCmd.OpenReport "YourReportName", acViewPreview

End If

Replace YourReportName with the name of the Report you want to print.
I specified to preview the report as the printer may be switched off, but, if you want to send the report straight to the printer you can replace acViewPreview with acViewNormal
