When I add a field to a table named “Member”, and that field is named “Language” and the data type is ”yes/no”.  Now when I go to the form whose record source is “Member” and select the Add Existing Fields box, the field is not displayed.
Now this form currently has 147 fields on it and the table has 159 fields in it. Have I maxed out in the number of fields I can have on either one . Can anyone can offer solution to my dilemma.

I'm pretty sure you haven't maxed out the table. The max number of fields used to be 255, and honestly I don't know if they increased that in Access 2007/2010. If you create a NEW form from this table, can you see the field in the Field List then? Can you create a blank unbound text box and then manually set the Control Source to this field?
