Nurses and other professionals may have multiple credentials after their names such as RN, BSN, LNC, etc. some have up to 5 or 6. How do I list these in access without having a different combo box or list box for each? Everyones credentials are different. This is so confusing

Sounds like you need a Many-to-Many to assign all the credentials to people. Then you could use a loop to concatenate them if that's what you wanted to do. Or just display a list sorted/filtered by their ID to show all the credentials they have earned.
