VBA Form Property Sheet

How do you I reference in VBA the items in the property sheet using VBA, example I am opening a form in datasheet view, however I do not want to see the layout view. The only way I could figure this out was to change this item Allow Layout View to no.
DoCmd.OpenForm "FormALLInspectorsWeekMileage2", acFormDS, , "InspDate =" & "#" & Me.SearchDate1 & "#"

So why not just set the property to No in the Property Sheet at design time?

I did, however I was thinking, was it possible to program these items with VBA, I looked around on the web to see if there was a reference sheet or examples so I could try to learn it. Anyway it was just a thought.
