Contact Form Creation

I was following along to the "Contact Management (CRM) for Customers in Microsoft Access Database Template, Followups, Subform" video on Youtube. After I created the ContactT, I copy and pasted the ContinuousF and renamed it to ContactF. After making the specified changes, I tried to test the form. There are no boxes for Date/Time and Description in the details section of the form. I am not sure where I went wrong.

Is the Detail Section visible?

The details section and the ContactDate/Description boxes are all set to Visible: Yes.

I first thought I set up the continuous form wrong, however if you copy it and paste it, it opens fine. It is when you connect the ContactT to it and connect ContactDate in the box that it suddenly disappears off the form when you test the form.
