Copy Paste Excel to Access

I am replacing an old custom program with Access. one of the operations in the old program was the user could select rows from an excel sheet, then copy to clip board. Once that was done there was an import from clip board button that would import the list into a table.

Anyone know of any operation like that for Access?

Can you not use Import Data? You could set up a saved import which could be activated at the click of a button. If you're importing specific rows, you could do the above, import to a table, then just set up an Append Query To copy any records you want to your specification. Really depends on how often you're importing data into access

Thanks Dan, yes it will be done often so I will setup an import button and query.
