Look up table Wizard

Back in 2014 when I began my journey in Access, I just went head first, and figured out how to do things, in a production environment, and still do at times.  Stating that one of the big mistakes I made was using the lookup wizard, everything works, however I want to move my data to SQL or Data verse, either way I am not able to.

How can I fix this problem, any video links, web links, or a organized instructions how to fix my mess?  I know Richard is using his hamster's / tribbles to generate power. One person suggested is to make a new table for them and then use an update query to set the values to what they are now and then delete the table lookup. If that is the  right path, I will proceed, I just don't want to goof it up more.

I think moving your data to a proper table al la Relational Combo is the way to go.  That was also covered in the Access Beginner 2 and Access Beginner 5 regarding converting them.

Depending how many lookups and tables you are talking about you might want to consider using the Helper Data tables to consolidate your lookups.
