Is Access a CRM

Hi Richard,
First thank you for all your amazing videos I really enjoy them, they are all really great.
My question is if Access is considered a a CRM or can you create on it a CRM and what is better to use a CRM like Salesforce or to stick with Access

You absolutely can create a CRM with Access.

Salesforce - Don't know the program.  But if you want total control in what you're doing Access can be a solution.
On the other hand the other program is "ready to use".  so... you just have to evaluate what your needs are.
