I have a form that I need to use. In what lesson would I need to figure out how to get info from database to print on that form or do you have to design a form to look like that form.

Do you mean that you have a PAPER-based form that you have to replicate? If that's the case, you want to design an Access REPORT to look like it. This is really just a matter of your artistic talent. I had a database that I built for an insurance agency a few years ago, and the printed report HAD to look EXACTLY like their current paper form otherwise the insurance carrier wouldn't accept it. I cover report design throughout my Access series, so there really isn't one trick I can tell you... or one class you can watch. You've just got to line up the controls exactly, make proper use of lines and borders, and watch your spacing. There will be a lot of trial and error (adjust, print, repeat).
