Append query

Hi guys. Bit of a strange one. I have an append query that takes in info from an unbound form and puts it in a table. The only problem is each time I run it it doubles the amount of records appended. For example 1,2,4,8,16,32,64etc I only want 1 record added at a time. Any ideas how to resolve or what I've done?

We need more information here. Please post your append code or a screenshot of it. Otherwise we are just shooting in the dark as to what might be happening.

Delete the FuelT table on your query design screen (see pic below). That area is for specifying the source of the data. Your table is not the source, but the destination of the append, which you already specified somewhere else.
