Unfortunately I can't remember the post either but a quick search in my Icons folder led me to a few links that might be useful

There a few arrows included.

Also, might not be a recent addition, but I recently found out that you can do an Advanced search on Google to search for images with CC Licence [Creative Commons]
Go to Google, click on advanced search, then click on the link
[+]Date, usage rights, numeric range, and more

Usage rights: CHOOSE FROM THE DROP DOWN WHICH TYPE YOU REQUIRE

This should bring up the free to use ones, but as Richard says just type in Arrows / Free Arrows / Arrows Creative Commons Licence and you should find a few.

Another idea, if you have the time, is draw your own, then you are in complete control!
