In lesson 1, I created query as directed in the lesson, using criteria Forms!ContactF!ContactID. It is asking for parameter value, even though required record is opened in All Contacts Form. Any suggestions?

Are you referring to the correct Form? The Form in the Enter Parameter dialogue is ContactF but the open Form in your image is ContactColumnF.
