I am have some trouble with this. I don't know why but I works on most of my records but not on others. why is this? I will attach some images on this subject. I am in Expert Lesson 3 approximately at 12:20. Thank you

Do they have phone numbers? I'd guess it's returning Null
I figured it out finally. The sales Rep only comes in on New orders. I was not using it on new orders for the customers I was having trouble with. But thank you for your quick response. I really appreciate it!
