In the above lesson at 15:30 Richard says"Unfortunately there isn't an easy way etc. However, instead of creating a second query I left it as it was but deleted ToBeArchived from the Append To: field and it worked perfectly. This seems a lot quicker and easier than creating a second query.

But without the criteria ALL records will be archived not just those marked True.

I left ToBeArchived in with the criteria True but deleted only the append field value
