Dear Richard,

I wrote a user manual for my database in Word....i also have a PDF version. I was thinking that if a user is lost...he can click a help button on a form and the manual should open on the exact page where relavant help can be found.

Is something like this possible? I would really love to do it. If anyone has done it before, please share how you did it.

Yep. Have your button launch a hyperlink to the exact page in your PDF. You can store topics and page numbers in a table and build the hyperlink on the fly depending on where in the database your user is. OR, better yet, just convert your PDF file to a series of HTML files. That would be even easier. But, instructions on opening a PDF file to a specific page can be found here.
