I am sorry for what you are going through medically.

Below i give share with you the principle of using a timer on a form. You will adjust the VBA code to suit your neeeds.
1. Create a new form and give it a name of your choice
2. Add two textboxes and name one CountUp and another CountDown
3. For the CountUp textbox, set the default value to 1
4. For the CountDown textbox, set the default value to 1000
5. While in the Form's design view, set the Timer Interval to 1000
6. In the Form Timer event, add the following VBA code

Private Sub Form_Timer()
     CountUp = CountUp + 1
     CountDown = CountDown - 1
    
     If CountUp / 10 = 1 Then
        MsgBox "I am ready to do whatever you want!"
        CountUp = 0 'start counting again
     End If
End Sub

Please adjust the timer interval and other variables above to suit your needs.
