Alex thank you for the reply. Alex with the reports I need to build, I only have queries to build the reports. So when I try to bring all of the queries together into one query, I get issues with duplicate data.

Also the data I am working with are expressions and basic text fields. The DB I am working with does not require forms as VBA code is used to build the tables that I use to build my queries. I just do not understand how to build custom reports from queries and/or tables. The examples I have seen only use basic queries to build basic reports. Nothing where someone has to take 4 queries and 2 tables to build one report. Where in Richard's Access course, can I find how to build reports from queries and/or tables? I have the entire course and I am going through the 300 level.
