I added a double-click function for my end-users to copy the contents from a field onto their clipboard. It's worked for all of my standard fields, however, it doesn't seem to want to work for relational dropboxes.

I've been using the following code:

    Me.FirstName.SetFocus
    Me.FirstName.SelStart = 0
    Me.FirstName.SelLength = Len(Me.FirstName)
    DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy

When I utilize this code for dropboxes, it only copies the first one or three letters for the relational value. For example, I have a license status dropbox - when I double-click "active" only "a" would copy. I have a dropdown for federally recognized tribes. I would double-click "Blackfeet Tribe of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation of Montana" and only "BLA" would copy.

I am assuming your Combo Boxes have a hidden column (the ID) so you need to state the length of the first visible column. Example: `CustomerCombo.SelStart = 0 CustomerCombo.SelLength = Len(CustomerCombo.Column(1)) DoCmd.RunCommand acCmdCopy`

That works like a charm! Thanks, Kevin! I feel a little silly not realizing this, but copying and pasting the code a hundred different times should have been obvious to me! I really appreciate that!
